Prior to your stay

Reservations, changes & cancellations

Good to know: booking through our website is always cheaper than through an online booking agent. Keep an eye on our newsletter for offers, promotions and discount codes.

Would you like to change your reservation? Check if your booking conditions allow it. If you have booked directly with us, we will take care of it right away. If you have made a reservation with an online booking agent, please contact them.

You can pay at our reception with debit card, credit card and cash. Please note: we do not accept €200 and €500 banknotes.

Rebooking guarantee

Do you want more flexibility? Then book our rebooking guarantee! This allows you to change your reservation to another period free of charge within the cancellation period up to one day before arrival. You pay € 7.50 per night for this.

* In case of rebooking to a more expensive period, we will charge the additional price.
* It is not possible to reserve the rebooking guarantee in combination with the non-refundable rate.


Your dog is also welcome at Hotel Bommeljé! The additional costs will be € 12,50 per night. One dog per room is allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant from 8:00 am to 11:00 am due to the breakfast that is served at that time. If you want to walk the dog, you can do so through the main entrance. For more information, please refer to our "dog letter".

During your stay

Check in and check out

You can access your room after 15:00 pm.
We ask you to check out by 11:00 am. at the latest.
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night.


Breakfastbuffet is served in our restaurant from 8:30 till 11:00 AM.

Groups and children

Our rooms are suitable for two persons. In most rooms it is possible to place an extra bed. You can indicate this as an "extra" when you make your reservation. It is also possible to place a baby bed on request. Of course you can also bring your own.
In addition, Hotel Bommeljé also has family suites where you can stay with a maximum of five people.


From 8:30 am, our colleagues at the reception are ready to help you with all your questions! Do you have a question, remark or have you forgotten something? We will arrange it for you!
Of course we can also be reached by phone: + 31 (0) 118 - 58 16 84. Afterwards and at night we can be reached in an emergency on a special number.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you are also welcome to contact us. If you have a problem or complaint, please let us know immediately so that we can still be of service to you during your stay.

Hotel Bommeljé has a restaurant where breakfast is served. You can also go here for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The restaurant is not open for dinner in the evening.


Your room is typically checked on a daily basis.
But you can also tell us not to do so. When you check in, we will ask you if you would like to have your room cleaned daily. If you tell us not to do so, we will donate € 1.50 per day to our Tree Plan. Here you can read about this treeplan.
